Terms and Conditions of Sale for Lord Artist

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Lord Artist, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These terms govern all transactions and interactions related to the sale of artwork, prints, and other merchandise offered by Lord Artist.

Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices listed are in CAD, USD or EUR currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment Methods: Payments are accepted only via bank transfer for now. All payments must be cleared before an order is processed.
  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order. This email serves as proof of your transaction.

Product Descriptions and Availability

  • Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to device screen calibrations or lighting conditions.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative solutions.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of the physical product transfers to the customer upon full payment and delivery.
  • Intellectual property rights to the artwork remain exclusively with Lord Artist. Customers are not authorized to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Delivery

  • Shipping: Orders are dispatched within the timeframes specified in product descriptions. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tracking: Tracking details will be provided where applicable. Please monitor your shipment and contact the carrier for updates.
  • Address Errors: Ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Lord Artist is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect addresses.

Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged products reported within 21 days of delivery. Non-faulty items may be eligible for return at our discretion, provided they are in original condition.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@lord-artist.com. Include your order number and photographs of the item, if applicable.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable except for faulty items.

Limitation of Liability

  • Lord Artist is not liable for damages arising from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications to purchased products.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Import Duties and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Check with your local customs office for details.
  • If you refuse to pay these charges, the shipment will be returned to us. Refunds will be issued minus shipping and 20% restocking fees.

Amendments

Lord Artist reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the revision date.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada.
